How do I access my printable embroidery pattern?

After purchasing the patterns, you will receive links to download the files associated with your order in the thank you page of the checkout. We will send you an emailed link that will last for 30 days.

What to do when I'm having trouble downloading the files?

Accepted Answer

If nothing happens when you click the download links, it’s possible that there’s an issue with your web browser. Please disable any non-standard add-ons or toolbars that you’ve installed and try again. If your computer is unable to open the file, it’s possible that you’re missing the program required to open the file type (ie: Adobe Acrobat Reader). Can I use the pattern files for commercial use?

No. All patterns are designed for personal use ONLY and the pattern files (digital and/ or printed) should not be sold or gifted without prior consent from Creator Embroidery.

Due to our products' nature (digital goods or handmade custom items), all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
